poor cleanliness bad breakfast

My room overlooked something resembling a junkyard, a not great view. the breakfast was the worst i had in thailand. The quality of the products was low. honestly, for the price, i expected much better. also, the cleanliness was not good, and the internet and tv did not work.

i stayed in the artist m room for a few nights. the room was very clean and thoughtfully designed. staff were helpful and they offered assistance when needed.

the walls seemed a bit thin and noise from the hallway was noticeable.
